These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply when you engage with Rely Studio for web design or development services. Please read them carefully before working with us or using our website.

1. Introduction

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you should refrain from using our website or engaging our services.

2. Services

Rely Studio provides professional web design, web development, and related digital services. Each project’s scope, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in a formal proposal or agreement shared prior to project initiation.

3. Payments

  • An upfront payment is required before any project work begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery and ownership transfer.
  • Payment percentages or milestones may vary per project.
  • Work may be paused or withheld until payments are received.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of non-performance from our side.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of the final deliverables (website, code, design files, etc.) is transferred to the client only after complete payment.
  • Until full payment, all assets remain the intellectual property of Rely Studio.
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Maintenance and Support

Ongoing maintenance or post-launch updates are not included in the base project fee. Clients may opt for a separate monthly retainer for continued support or future modifications.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays in communication or content delivery may extend project timelines and affect launch schedules.

7. Third-Party Tools and Hosting

Rely Studio utilizes Webflow for hosting and development. We are not responsible for downtime, limitations, or issues caused by third-party tools such as Webflow, Google Analytics, or GTM.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rely Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. All completed work up to the termination date must be paid for in full.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last Updated” date clearly stated.
